General Terms of Use
Welcome to Flamingo Travel & Tours. By accessing our website and utilizing our booking engine for transportation, tours, accommodation, and ticketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Flamingo Travel & Tours is a full-service, IATA-certified travel agency established in 1989. We act as:
1. A direct provider of private vehicle transfers and chauffeur fleet services.
2. An intermediary agent for flights, hotel accommodations, guided tour packages, visa application consultations, and Hajj & Omrah services.
2. Bookings & Account Registration
* Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and updated information, including your full legal name, active email, mobile number, and specific travel coordinates (e.g., flight numbers).
* Verification: Registrations and transactions may require verification via a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile or email.
* Airport Transfers: For airport pickups, you must provide your flight number. While we track flights, we are not liable for transfer failures resulting from incorrect flight information supplied by the customer.
3. Payments & Currency
* Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards (processed securely using SSL encryption), certified electronic payments, and Cash to Driver (where applicable).
* Fares: Rates displayed are calculated based on your inputs. Any changes to itinerary route, extra wait times, or additional stops during a chauffeur transfer may result in price adjustments.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Tours & Activities: You can cancel tour requests up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable unless specified otherwise on the package.
* Rides & Transfers: Cancellation policies for private limousine rides are subject to a minimum notice period (typically 3 to 12 hours) specified during checkout.
* Flights & Hotels: Cancellations of flight tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the respective provider’s tariff rules, cancellation charges, and processing times.
* Hajj & Omrah Services: Subject to seasonal regulatory quotas and specific visa protocols which have non-refundable components.
5. Limitation of Liability
Flamingo Travel & Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by force majeure events, including traffic congestion, road closures, severe weather, aircraft delays, customs clearances, or strikes.
For intermediary services (flights and hotels), the liability for performance lies directly with the service provider (airline or hotel operator).
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
